Performance Management & Development Planning (PMDP) provides managers and employees the structure to have frequent, meaningful conversations. This session is intended to give employees practical guidance on how to prepare for performance conversations. We will cover: • the annual and probationary schedule of conversations, • ways to plan, prepare, and engage in valuable performance conversations around expectations, goals, and growth opportunities, • TTC Positions Descriptions to reflect on expectations and development opportunities around WHAT is expected, • the FP&M Criteria for Success to consider expectations and development opportunities about HOW we work together at FP&M. • how to access the online system and help documents.
