Many of us were raised to look to food as comfort for physical pain when we fell down or from the sadness we felt when our friends let us down. Using food to help us feel better has resulted in feeding our emotions rather than using food to fuel our bodies.
Content includes: -Signs of emotional eating -Short and long-term effects -Healthy patterns -Tips to create change in lifestyle
This event is hosted jointly by FP&M and CALS wellness committees.
