• Students learn by doing and by reflecting. They learn more when these activities are combined. The WiGROW framework is designed to do just that - provide an opportunity for student employees to learn by reflecting on the work they are doing.
• In this course, you will:
• Describe the WiGROW program and your role as supervisor
• Understand the purposes for implementing WiGROW
• Feel confident facilitating a WiGROW conversation
• Locate information about WiGROW when you need help
• Recognize how the skills that students use on the job transfer to other career, school and life contexts
