In this session, we will explore the pivotal role of well-defined project requirements, which act as the blueprint for successful project completion. Drawing inspiration from the best practices of project management at UW–Madison and the Project Management Institute (PMI), we’ll guide you through the process of identifying requirements from the project’s inception, resulting in a comprehensive, accurate, and achievable project scope. You’ll gain valuable insights into effective strategies for articulating the project scope, monitoring progress, applying change management tactics, and fostering seamless communication with stakeholders within the higher education landscape.
Presented by Shirwin Yeung, Director of Strategic Initiatives, Department of of Family Medicine and Community Health, School of Medicine and Public Health
