Campus Reuniting and You: Showing Up with Intention, Empathy, and Agency (back)

Description:
Right now offers each of us an opportunity. When campus moved primarily to remote work, many employees found themselves scrambling and figuring things out on the fly. You have the opportunity to approach the reuniting of campus with intention, whether you are returning to campus full time, in a hybrid fashion, or you’ve been on campus and are now adjusting to colleagues returning. This course will provide tools, space, and conversation to mindfully put thought into this next phase. You will also be invited to consider the value of both your agency and your empathy.

Objectives for this course are to:

Determine your personal intentions moving forward, by looking back at both pre-pandemic and pandemic times.
Identify areas that you have (and do not have) agency.
Design personalized steps for acting with empathy specifically during this time.
