This online course is designed to provide HR professionals with the foundational knowledge to manage and support a compensation program. The course introduces standard concepts and practices in the compensation field. Where applicable, the course also describes the approach and process taken to build UW–Madison’s compensation program.
Each module takes about 30-45 minutes to complete. Modules are interactive and include narrated videos. Interactive features are most effective on desktop computers or laptops.
