If the registration is full and you would like to attend, add yourself to the waitlist. If there is enough interest we will add more sessions.
Join us for a highly engaging exploration of What Matters and how those things we value most can be aligned with our work priorities and our organization’s work processes. All too often, we spend our days reacting to others’ urgent calls and “crises,” rather than giving careful and seeing systematic consideration to What Matters for our customers, colleagues, and ourselves in a thoughtful, intentional manner. In our three sessions across six weeks, we will challenge ourselves to reflect, clarify intentions, and then follow through on our commitments in order to improve our workplaces. We will provide a supportive space for that effort, so we may best benefit from one another’s skills and experiences as we learn together.
Included in the registrant fee is a copy of What Matters at Work, Harry Webne-Behrman’s recently published curriculum guide. The book will serve as a more extensive resource for those seeking to continue their learning on this topic beyond the initial work in this course.
Register if:
- You can attend all of the dates/times
- You are prepared and willing to do work outside of the class times. This work is related to your actual job and might be about 1 hour a week.
