This workshop will have an emphasis on how academic and community expertise interacts in the co-creation of knowledge and then is translated into practices and programs, and campus policies. Opportunities for discussion, inquiry, networking, and workshopping participants’ projects will anchor interspersed small group sessions. Dr. Lina Dostilio, Assistant Vice Chancellor for Community Engagement at the University of Pittsburgh, along with knowledge mobilizers at UW-Madison and other MKMN member schools will facilitate the sessions and share good practices from their experience.
Lunch will be provided. Please contact Yasmin Schamiloglu at schamiloglu@wisc.edu with dietary restrictions.
