Get more sleep and manage your stress. Those are two of the common recommendations to improve your quality of life, but it’s easier said than done. This presentation will review the health benefits of sleeping, help you identify your stressors, and provide tools to manage your stress, which in turn may help improve your sleep. Organized in partnership with the Facilities Planning and Management Wellness Committee.
