This course allows participants to explore situations and problems from multiple perspectives. Participants will explore mindsets and learn considerations for overcoming their inner critic and tap into their own, individual creativity. Throughout this course, participants will have opportunities to apply tools and strategies for idea generation and implementation to develop innovative solutions in work situations. After completing this course, participants will be able to...
• Explain the importance of a growth mindset approach to creativity and identify next steps to develop their own growth mindset
• Apply strategies for idea generation to develop potential solutions to a variety of situations and workplace problems of practice
• Utilize or develop criteria to evaluate ideas and select possible solutions for implementation
